Is this still the Fischer wool I know?
Yes! We have simply refined our look and improved your experience. Nothing about our quality has changed.
I have been a customer for a long time. Do I have to start all over again now?
No. With your first login, all data from our old shop will be automatically transferred.
What happened to my reward points from the old shop?
The bonus points are transferred automatically. You are now part of the Fischer Wolle loyalty benefits.

Do I need to create a new customer account now?
With a practical one-time code via email, signing up is quick and easy. The system will then automatically recognize you again.
How do I sign in?
Click on your user icon to reach a field where you can enter your email address. You can then log in to the shop using a convenient one-time code sent to your email, without needing to remember a password.
Make sure to use the same email address as in the previous shop so that your data can be linked perfectly.
What happens to current orders and returns?
Orders will be processed and shipped as usual.
Should an order unexpectedly not arrive within the usual delivery times, please contact our customer service at service@fischer-wolle.de.
Do vouchers, gift cards, and discount codes remain valid?
All valid vouchers, gift cards, and discount codes remain valid within the specified period.
